The difference between polyester oxford fabric and nylon oxford fabric:

2. The melting point of polyester is 260℃, and the ironing temperature can be 180℃. The heat resistance of nylon is not good enough, the ironing temperature should be controlled below 140 ℃, and the low temperature resistance is good.

3. Polyester Oxford fabric is not easy to wrinkle, and it is stiff, with good dimensional stability and good shape retention. Nylon Oxford cloth has poor shape retention, is not as stiff as polyester, and is easily deformed.

4. Polyester is resistant to sunlight, acid and alkali. Nylon is alkali-resistant but not acid-resistant, and has poor light resistance. Long-term exposure to sunlight will reduce the fiber strength and turn yellow in color.

5. Nylon Oxford fabric has high strength, good elastic recovery ability, excellent wear resistance, and better hygroscopicity and dyeing than polyester.

6. Nylon woven Oxford fabric feels smoother and has a higher surface gloss. There are many fabrics in sportswear, swimwear, fitness clothes, and socks.

7. Polyester fiber is the largest synthetic fiber in the world. Polyester fabrics mainly include knitted shirts, work clothes, warp knitted decorations, curtains, etc., and imitation silk, imitation wool, imitation linen, and cotton wool are also used a lot. Polyester staple yarn is often blended with cotton, wool, hemp, viscose, etc. The fabric not only maintains the characteristics of polyester, such as firmness, wear resistance, stiffness, and easy storage, but also has the characteristics of natural fiber moisture absorption, warmth retention, and less static electricity.
