What is the difference between t400 fabric and polyester?

T400 fabric is different from polyester. T400 is a new type of elastic composite fiber, which does not contain spandex but has good elasticity. It solves the problem of spandex that is not easy to dye, excessive elasticity, complex weaving, unstable fabric size and spandex aging during use. And many other issues.

 

 

The fabric made of it has the following characteristics:
1. The elasticity is relaxed, comfortable and durable;
2. The fabric is soft, stiff, and has good drape;
3. Smooth cloth surface and good wrinkle resistance;
4. Moisture absorption and quick drying, smooth hand feeling
5. Good dimensional stability, easy to set up.

 

At present, the main specifications of T400 raw materials are: DTY 50D/24F; 75D/24F; 75D/36F; 100D/36F; 150D/48F; 300D/144F; 450D/216F.
Polyester is a kind of synthetic fiber, the raw material of chemical fiber fabric, it is not a kind of fabric itself.
Polyester is the previous name, the scientific name is polyester, and the full name is polyethylene terephthalate. The strength is better, the abrasion resistance is banned, and the color fastness is very good. However, the moisture absorption and air permeability are not good, so it is not suitable for underwear, suitable for blending raw materials or outer clothing fabrics.
